- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de segunda instancia de dieciséis (16) de mayo de 1997 proferido por la Sala Laboral del Distrito Judicial de Pereira.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de primera instancia surtida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Pereira en fallo de veintitrés (23) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y siete( 1997). En consecuencia, se ordena al Gobernador de Risaralda, que cuando ocurra la primera vacante en las localidades de Santa Rosa de Cabal, Dosquebradas, Pereira o cualquier otro sitio que cumpla con las condiciones recomendadas médicamente en este caso, se de tratamiento preferencial a la demandante Luz Mary Alzate Grisales en razón a su estado de salud.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
