PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado y en su lugar TUTELAR los derechos al trabajo en condiciones dignas y justas y a la Salud en conexidad con la vida de Leonor Jurado Castellanos.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la Secretaría de Educación Departamental de Santander, que, si en la actualidad hay vacante en algún plantel educativo del municipio de Málaga, se provea el cargo con la accionante y, en caso de no haberla, se provea el cargo en la primera vacante que se produzca en el mencionado municipio.
TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
