- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Veinticinco Civil Municipal de Bogota D.C., el 2 de mayo de 2000, que denego la accion de tutela instaurada por Ana de Dios Rojas Alzate.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
