R E S U E L V E:
Primero. Confirmar las sentencias relacionadas en el anexo que hace parte integral de la presente sentencia, en las cuales los jueces de instancia negaron la proteccion de los derechos fundamentales a la igualdad, vida y trabajo en condiciones dignas, minimo vital y salario movil, invocada por los accionantes.
Segundo. Revocar las sentencias -relacionadas en el anexo citado- en las cuales los jueces concedieron la proteccion, y en su lugar denegar las acciones de tutela instauradas por improcedentes.
