- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo del 22 de Octubre de 1999, proferido por el Juzgado Cuarenta y Seis Penal del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogota.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de peticion, y ordenar a la Secretaria de Educacion y al Fondo de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio de Santa Fe de Bogota, que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la notificacion de este fallo, respondan de fondo y dentro de las competencias de cada una de las entidades mencionadas, la peticion de reconocimiento de la pension de jubilacion de la senora Ludys Pilar Carrion de Valle.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
