Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el 25 de noviembre de 1999 por el Juzgado
Tercero. de Familia de Santa Fe de Bogotá D.C.
Segundo. En consecuencia, ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, dé respuesta a la petición sobre reconocimiento de pensión de jubilación elevada por el Señor Nelson Betancourt Sanabria desde el 6 junio de 1999.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
