- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR, pero por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Lérida (Tolima) el diecisiete (17) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995) que a su vez confirmó la proferida, en primera instancia, por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Ambalema (Tolima), el quince (15) de septiembre del mismo año, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela de la referencia.
- SEGUNDO. PREVENIR al Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, para que, en lo sucesivo, adopte las medidas necesarias, con la finalidad de brindar adecuada atención a las peticiones presentadas ante esa entidad y particularmente, en lo relativo a enviar las solicitudes a la autoridad competente informando de ello al peticionario, en los términos del artículo 33 del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
- TERCERO. LIBRENSE, por Secretaría, las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
