- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de 10 de noviembre de 1999, proferido por la Sala Civil de Decision del Tribunal Superior de Santa Fe de Bogota. CONFIRMAR la providencia del 10 de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999).
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de peticion, y ordenar al Fondo de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio de Santa Fe de Bogota, que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de este fallo, responda de fondo la peticion de cesantias parciales de la senora Ludys Pilar Carrion de Valle.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
