Primero. CONFIRMANSE, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, la sentencia proferida, en segunda instancia, por el Juzgado
Primero. Civil del Circuito de Cartagena, el veinte (20) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), y la proferida por el Juzgado
Octavo. Civil Municipal de esa ciudad, en primera instancia, el doce (12) de febrero del mismo año, al decidir la acción de tutela de la referencia.
Segundo. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
