- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Once Civil Municipal de Bucaramanga, del 30 de septiembre de 2004. En consecuencia, CONCEDER la tutela protegiendo el derecho fundamental al mínimo vital de la señora Adriana Marcela Espinosa Melgarejo y su hijo.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a SaludCoop E.P.S., Seccional Bucaramanga que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes, contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a pagar la licencia de maternidad a la señora Adriana Marcela Espinosa Melgarejo.
- TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
