- DECISION.
- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Promiscuo Municipal de Soledad, (Atlantico) en los expedientes de la referencia.
- Segundo. CONCEDER las tutelas al derecho de peticion. Por lo tanto, se ordena al Alcalde del Municipio de Soledad (Atlantico) que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de esta sentencia, proceda a dar respuesta de fondo a las peticiones presentadas por Nancy Cardozo Arias y Jorge Barreto Rodgers.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE por Secretaria la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines alli establecidos.
