- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el juzgado
- Quinto. Laboral del Circuito de Cali, que negó la tutela impetrada por ARLEX UCHIMA PENILLA , y en su lugar, conceder la protección constitucional al derecho de petición.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social CAJANAL a la oficina correspondiente,que en el término improrrogable de ocho días, siguientes a la notificación de este fallo resuelva, si aún no lo ha hecho, de fondo y en todos sus aspectos, positiva o negativamente, la solicitud formulada por ARLEX UCHIMA PENILLA.
- Tercero. REMÍTASE copia del expediente y de este fallo al Procurador General de la Nación para lo de su cargo.
