Primero. REVOCASE la providencia del Tribunal Superior de Santa Fe de Bogotá, el 1o de julio de 1997.
Segundo. CONCÉDESE la tutela y, por tanto, ORDENASE a la Caja Nacional de Previsión-Subdirección de Prestaciones Económicas para que por conducto de la oficina correspondiente, resuelva de fondo e íntegramente, si no lo hubiere hecho ya, sobre la petición de ROSA FANNY RAMIREZ DE ARISTIZABAL, en un término máximo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta Sentencia.
Tercero. PREVÉNGASE a la Subdirección de Prestaciones Económicas de CAJANAL que se abstenga de realizar actos como los que dieron origen a la formulación de la presente tutela.
Cuarto. POR SECRETARIA, COMPÚLSENSE copias del expediente al Procurador General de la Nación, a efecto de que si lo estima indispensable adelante las investigaciones correspondientes, de acuerdo con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de este fallo.
Quinto. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
