- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo del Magdalena del 23 de junio de 1997. En su lugar CONCEDER la tutela del derecho fundamental de peticion de la senora Ruth Maria Barranco Torres.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social -Cajanal- Seccional Magdalena, o a la oficina correspondiente para que en el termino de ocho (8) dias contados a partir de la notificacion de la presente sentencia si aun no lo ha hecho, proceda a resolver de fondo e integramente sobre la peticion ante ella elevada por la senora Ruth Maria Barranco Torres.
- Tercero. ADVIERTESE a la Subdireccion de Prestaciones Economicas de CAJANAL que no puede seguir violando en la forma en que lo viene haciendo el derecho fundamental de peticion de quienes a ella acuden.
- Cuarto. SURTASE el tramite previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
