  1. Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
  2. Primero. Penal del Circuito de Neiva, por la cual se le negó a Consuelo Pantoja de Medina la tutela de los derechos invocados.
  3. Segundo. En su lugar, CONCEDER a la actora en representación del señor Euclides Medina Perdomo, la tutela de los derechos a la vida, a la salud y a la seguridad social.
  4. Tercero. Ordenar a la CAJA NACIONAL DE PREVISIÓN E.P.S. - Seccional Huila, si no lo ha hecho a la fecha, que proceda a practicarle al señor Euclides Medina Perdomo la cirugía denominada NEFROLITOTOMIA PERCUTANEA IZQUIERDA dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia.
  5. Cuarto. La CAJA NACIONAL DE PREVISIÓN E.P.S. - Seccional Huila podrá repetir lo que desembolse por concepto de este fallo contra la cuenta correspondiente del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía del sistema general de seguridad social en salud.
  6. Quinto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
