REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior de Bogota en el expediente T-157831 y en su lugar CONCEDER el derecho de peticion a los senores EDUARDO RODRIGUEZ Y ROMAN ANTONIO GOMEZ MAURY. Foncolpuertos debera responder de fondo las peticiones de los actores, en el termino de 48 horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de la presente providencia.
- Segundo. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por el Tribunal Superior de Cartagena, Juzgado
- Quinto. Penal Municipal de Santa Marta y Juzgado Once Civil del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogota, en los expedientes T-158642, T-154443 y T-157011, respectivamente. En su lugar, se niegan las tutelas.
- Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
