Primero. REVOCAR las decisiones proferidas el catorce de enero de 1999, por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Antioquia y del cuatro de marzo del mismo ano, por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Yolombo (Antioquia). En su lugar TUTELAR el derecho fundamental al trabajo.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa Ingenio VEGACHI Ltda., que inmediatamente tenga flujo de caja, reanude el pago del salario a los actores, de manera preferente.
Tercero. LIBRENSE por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
