- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Medellin.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela a la senora Ana Cecilia Rojas, y en consecuencia, ordenar la ISS, seccional Medellin, que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de este fallo, tome las medidas necesarias para que, previa valoracion medica, se le practique a la actora, si hay lugar a ello, la operacion quirurgica que sea menester para solucionar el padecimiento en su salud.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE por Secretaria General, las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
