- Primero. Penal Municipal de Cali (Valle), el día 13 de marzo de 1996.
- Segundo. PREVENIR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, Seccional Valle del Cauca, para que en lo sucesivo cambie los criterios de asignación de citas médicas por los consignados en la presente Sentencia.
- Tercero. Líbrese las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
