- Primero. REVOCAR parcialmente la Sentencia revisada y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela en el sentido de ordenar al I.S.S dar el correspondiente tratamiento medico que el accionanteDanilo Ibanez Arcila requiera y que sea senalado por el medico tratante de esa entidad. NO ACCEDER a las pretensiones del actor en el sentido de orena al Instituto de Seguros Sociales la autorizacion de determinada cirugia y fisioterapia,en razon a que esto lo determinara el citado medico.
- Segundo. Para los efectos del articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, el Juzgado de origen hara las notificaciones y tomara las medidas correspondientes.
