- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR a traves del la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional el contenido de la sentencia a la Sala Plena de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado, a la Seccion Segunda del Tribunal Administrativo de Antioquia, al Gobernador de Antioquia, al Departamento Administrativo de Valorizacion Departamental de Antioquia, al Ministro de Obras Publicas y Transporte, al Secretario General Tecnico del Ministerio de Obras Publicas y Transporte, al Alcalde del Municipio de Envigado, al Defensor del Pueblo y al abogado Alvaro Mora, apoderado de los propietarios, residentes y otros vecinos del conjunto urbanistico denominado "Urbanizacion Las Palmitas", localizado en el corregimiento del Alto de las Palmas del Municipio de Envigado (Antioquia).
