Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del 17 de febrero de 1998, proferida por el Juzgado
Primero. Civil del Circuito de Santa Marta, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por violación del derecho fundamental de petición
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Junta Seccional de Escalafón Docente del Magdalena, dar respuesta en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente decisión, al recurso interpuesto por la señora Bolaño Linero contra la resolución arriba anotada, siempre y cuando esta no se haya producido aún. En el evento en que dicha respuesta se haya efectuado, se ordenará al mismo ente demandado informar de ello al Juzgado
Tercero. Civil Municipal de Santa Marta, juez de primera instancia en la presente tutela.
Tercero. SÚRTASE el trámite previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
