- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el h. Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogotá D.C. -Sala Penal-, el 28 de noviembre de 1996. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Veintinueve Penal del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá D.C., el 15 de octubre de 1996, por las razones expuestas en esta Sentencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado Veintinueve Penal del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá D.C, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
