- Primero. Confirmase la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Ochenta y Siete Penal Municipal de Bogota, en la accion de tutela instaurada por el senor William Alberto Bernal Moreno, en contra de Datacredito S.A, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. Prevengase a Datacredito S.A, a fin de que una vez el actor realice la solicitud de aclaracion, actualizacion y rectificacion de la informacion, con relacion a las obligaciones a que hace referencia esta accion de tutela, proceda de conformidad con las normas vigentes, teniendo en cuenta que los datos negativos no deben permanecer indefinidamente en el tiempo.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, LIBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
