Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de 9 de septiembre de 2003 proferida por el Juzgado
Tercero. Laboral del Circuito de Manizales. En consecuencia, amparar los derechos a la salud y la vida del niño ANDREY CAMILO PÉREZ FLÓREZ y ORDENAR a la Dirección Territorial de Salud de Caldas que en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia adopte todas las medidas que sean necesarias para asegurarse de que se realice al niño la prueba de resonancia magnética si aún lo consideran así los médicos tratantes. La entidad deberá proceder a autorizar la referida prueba sin la exigencia de documentos y requisitos adicionales a los que la señora Bibiana Flórez allegó desde las primeras solicitudes de atención presentadas ante la Dirección Territorial de Caldas.
Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
