Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de 14 de septiembre de 2001 proferida por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Bolívar - Antioquia, y en su lugar TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la salud y a una vida digna del señor ELKIN JAVIER SÁNCHEZ ÁLVAREZ.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Secretaría de Salud de Antioquia y a la Alcaldía de Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, informe a ELKIN JAVIER SÁNCHEZ ÁLVAREZ, identificado con Cédula de Ciudadanía No. 3.419.587 y domiciliado en la Calle 49 No. 54-26, Teléfono 8410585, de Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia, qué entidades públicas o privadas con las cuales se tenga contrato están en capacidad de ofrecer la atención quirúrgica requerida.
Tercero. Del cumplimiento de la presente orden deberá informarse al Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia.
Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
