- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla el diecisiete (17) de enero de dos mil uno (2001), y en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela incoada por la señora Arcelia Margarita Ripoll Ripoll.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Clínica de los Andes del Instituto de Seguros Sociales -Seccional Atlántico-, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, realice a la señora Arcelia Margarita Ripoll Ripoll la valoración ordenada, y disponga de todas las acciones necesarias para proteger sus derechos a la vida, a la salud y a la dignidad humana.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
