- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Doce Civil Municipal de Cali de fecha 14 de noviembre de 2002 y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela a los derechos a la salud y a la vida de la menor Andrea María Valencia Castaño.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Salud Total E.P.S. que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo proceda a suministrar a la menor Andrea María valencia Castaño, en la cantidad y por el tiempo que indique su médico tratante el medicamento denominado norditropin.
- Tercero. Salud Total E.P.S podrá repetir por los gastos en que incurra en cumplimiento de este fallo, contra el Fondo de Seguridad y Garantía, subcuenta de promoción a la salud.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
