- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de fecha quince (15) de noviembre de dos mil uno (2001), proferida por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellín, que denegó la acción de tutela interpuesta por la señora Mariela Cárdenas de Rico. En su lugar, CONCEDER la protección de los derechos invocados.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al director de la EPS demandada, o a quien haga sus veces, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, suministre a la señora Cárdenas de Rico los medicamentos Selegil, Plavix y Kiandon, por el tiempo y en la dosis prescrita por el médico tratante, o los que éste indique. La entidad deberá prestar a la demandante la atención médica que llegue a necesitar para mantener su calidad de vida y, le asiste el derecho de repetir por lo que pague en cumplimiento de este fallo de tutela ante la Subcuenta respectiva del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (Fosyga).
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por al Secretaría General de la Corte, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, en la forma y para los efectos allí contemplados.
