- Primero. LEVANTAR los términos suspendidos dentro del trámite de la presente acción de tutela.
- Segundo. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Quinto. Civil Municipal de Villavicencio en el trámite de la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora Libia María Alcantara Sarmiento. En su lugar CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales a la salud y a la seguridad social en conexidad con la vida en condiciones dignas.
- Tercero. ORDENAR a la Secretaría de Salud del Departamento del Meta, que con cargo a los recursos del subsidio a la oferta (artículo 50 del Acuerdo 77 de 1997 del Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud) en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a realizar las gestiones necesarias para que a la señora Libia María Alcántara Sarmiento le sea suministrado el medicamento denominado Eranz tabletas 5 mg., por el tiempo y la cantidad que lo considere su médico tratante.
- Cuarto. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
