- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 2 Civil Municipal de Itagüí que negó la tutela solicitada por Martha Beatriz Gutiérrez de Yepes y, en su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo del derecho a la salud en conexidad con el derecho a la vida digna.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Cafesalud E.P.S., seccional Medellín, que, dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta Sentencia, suministre a la accionante el medicamento "Viscotear", de acuerdo con lo prescrito por su médico tratante.
- Tercero. SEÑALAR que Cafesalud E.P.S., seccional Medellín, puede repetir por lo gastado en el suministro del medicamento mencionado en el numeral anterior en contra del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía del Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí contemplados.
