- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida en segunda instancia por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Monteria emitido mediante providencia del 26 de septiembre de 2001, con base en las consideraciones aqui expuestas.
- Segundo. PREVENIR a la entidad demandada para que en el futuro evite incurrir en omisiones que pueden generar violacion de derechos fundamentales.
