- Primero. DECLARAR que existe carencia actual de objeto, por configurarse un hecho superado, en la acción de tutela instaurada por Mario Fernando Rosero Burbano contra SaludCoop E.P.S. En consecuencia, se abstiene de proferir decisión sobre el otorgamiento de la tutela.
- Segundo. PREVENIR a SaludCoop E.P.S. para que preste todos los servicios de salud que requiera el señor Mario Fernando Rosero Burbano, dentro de las condiciones propias del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, con el fin de lograr la estabilización de su enfermedad.
- Tercero. PREVENIR a SaludCoop E.P.S. para que en lo sucesivo evite incurrir en dilaciones injustificadas en los trámites administrativos relacionados con casos que por sus características requieran una atención médica urgente por parte de la entidad.
