- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia materia de revisión que tuteló el derecho de petición, adicionándola en cuanto a la protección a la dignidad, a la autonomía y a la protección de la diversidad étnica y cultural, por los motivos expresados en el presente fallo. Por consiguiente, el INPEC, en el término de quince días debe trasladar al recluso SAMUEL PARRA MORERA al establecimiento carcelario en Leticia dadas las circunstancias de edad, entorno y acercamiento a la medicina vernácula.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría se librará la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos del caso.
- Tercero. Envíese copia de este fallo al Defensor del Pueblo.
