- Primero. Revócase la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, que denegó la tutela impetrada, el día siete (7) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia. En consecuencia, concédese la tutela solicitada por el señor Luis Enrique Tapias Salazar.
- Segundo. Prevéngase al Director General de la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, para que en lo sucesivo no vuelva a incurrir en las omisiones que dieron lugar a la presentación de la acción de tutela, de conformidad con el artículo 24 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Tercero. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591, para los efectos allí contemplados.
