- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de fecha 10 de agosto de 2000 proferida por la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales de la menor Diana Carolina Martinez Guevara. En consecuencia, SE ORDENA a CAFESALUD Medicina Prepagada S.A. que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion del presente fallo, autorice la intervencion quirurgica del angioma cavernoso cerebral que requiere la usuaria Diana Carolina Martinez Guevara, para que se practique, segun lo determine previamente el medico tratante.
- Segundo. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
