- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de tutela proferida en el proceso de la referencia por el Juzgado Once Penal del Circuito, el 10 de agosto de 2000, en la cual se decidió no conceder la tutela impetrada mediante apoderado por Juan Camilo Restrepo Salazar, como mecanismo transitorio, contra la Revista Cambio y su Director Mauricio Vargas Linares, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta decisión
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
