- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Promiscuo de Familia de Barrancabermeja el 22 de noviembre de 1995 en cuanto tutelo el derecho a la familia de la menor (...) hija de la accionante CARMEN CECILIA BADILLO BUENO y del soldado ROBINSON CARDENAS ALMEIDA, y ordeno su desacuartelamiento y la expedicion de su tarjeta militar.
- SEGUNDO. COMPULSAR copias de las actuaciones adelantadas dentro del presente proceso de tutela a la Fiscalia General de la Nacion para los fines de que trata la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- TERCERO. LIBRENSE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
