- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Medellín, del 16 de marzo de 2001.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la acción de tutela al señor Juan de Dios Amadeo Roldán Vélez para proteger el derecho a la vida e integridad física y en consecuencia, ordenar a la Entidad Promotora de Salud COOMEVA S.A. que en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, preste y cubra completamente el servicio de salud requerido por el infarto al miocardio y gestione la correspondiente afiliación del señor Roldán Vélez al Instituto de Seguro Social y con éste, concerte lo relativo a la compensación de los servicios.
- Tercero. Dar cumplimiento en lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
