Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia por el Juzgado
Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Popayán, de fecha 5 de abril del 2000. En consecuencia, TUTELAR los derechos de petición, seguridad social y debido proceso del actor LUIS ALBERTO PEÑA GALVIS. En consecuencia el I.S.S. deberá corregir la Resolución No. 1573 del 29 de marco del 2000 y expedir la que en derecho corresponda.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social -Cajanal y a la Caja de Previsión Social del Municipio de Cajibío, para que, en el término de 48 horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, cancele y coloque a disposición del Instituto de los Seguros Sociales, Seccional Cauca, el dinero correspondiente al bono pensional necesario para que se surta el trámite y reconocimiento de la pensión de jubilación adelantada por Luis Alberto Peña Galvis, ante la entidad.
Tercero. Por Secretaria general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
