- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR La sentencia proferida por el juzgado Cuarenta y Siete Penal del Circuito de Bogotá, de fecha 28 de abril de 2000, que confirmó el fallo proferido el Juzgado Cuarenta y Tres Penal Municipal de Bogotá el 22 de marzo de 2000, a través del cual negó la tutela de la referencia.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
