- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 16 de septiembre de 2004 por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Pereira, dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por el señor Ramiro Tabares Bustamante en representación de su padre el señor Luis Ángel Tabares Giraldo contra el Seguro Social seccional Risaralda. En su lugar, CONCEDER la protección que se reclama.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al gerente del Seguro Social Seccional Risaralda o quien haga sus veces que en el término de 48 horas autorice y fije la fecha en la que se realizará la cirugía de cataratas ordenada por el médico adscrito al Seguro Social desde el 11 de junio de 2004 (fl.4), tiempo que no podrá exceder de 30 días contados a partir de la notificación de esta providencia.
- Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
