Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 16 de diciembre de 2003 por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial Sala Penal, dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora Miryam Cadena Vda. de Ramos actuando como agente oficiosa del señor Octavio Cadena Ramos contra el Seguro Social seccional Bogotá. En su lugar, CONCEDER la protección que se reclama.
Segundo. ORDENAR al gerente del Seguro Social Seccional Bogotá o quien haga sus veces que en el término de 48 horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, autorice el tratamiento de rehabilitación visual en el Centro de Rehabilitación para Adultos Ciegos (CRAC), ordenado por el médico adscrito al Seguro Social, desde el 17 de febrero de 2003.
Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
