  1. Primero. REVOCAR el fallo del Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de El Guamo (Tolima) del 8 de marzo de 2000, así como la providencia del 24 de marzo por las cuales se negó la tutela y se rechazó el recurso contra la liquidación de costas que impusiera dicho Despacho y, en su lugar se concederá la protección solicitada.
  2. Segundo. ORDENAR al Municipio de El Guamo, que en el término de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, cancele a la entidad respectiva, los valores correspondientes a los aportes que por concepto del subsidio familiar adeuda por el trabajador Norberto Saavedra Lozano.
  3. Tercero. El Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de El Guamo, deberá iniciar un incidente de desacato contra el municipio de El Guamo, por el incumplimiento del anterior fallo del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Ibagué, Sala de Familia de Decisión del 31 de mayo de 1999 y velará igualmente por el cumplimiento de presente fallo, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 52 y 53 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
  4. Cuarto. Por Secretaría LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
