- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bucaramanga, de fecha 24 de abril de 1997.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de primera instancia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Bucaramanga con fecha 17 de marzo de 1997, teniendo en cuenta las consideraciones expuestas en esta sentencia.
- Tercero. ORDENAR a la Clínica - Centro Médico Daniel Peralta S. A., que proceda a ponerse y mantenerse al día en el pago de las cuotas o aportes obrero patronales de la trabajadora Teresa Báez Rodríguez dentro del término máximo de sesenta (60) días, contados a partir de la notificación de esta providencia.
- Cuarto. PREVENIR al ISS para que continúe prestando los servicios médicos a la peticionaria Teresa Báez, e inicie los trámites y tome las medidas que considere necesarias, tanto legales como administrativas, en relación con la Clínica Bucaramanga para obtener el pago de las transferencias de los aportes obrero-patronales a que se refiere este caso.
- Quinto. LÍBRENSE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
