Primero. REVOCAR el numeral 1o. de la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, Sala de Decisión Laboral, de fecha once (11) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996) y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela impetrada por José Luis Muñoz Barraza respecto de sus derechos a la seguridad social, la salud y la vida.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Alcaldía de Ponedera (Atlántico) hacer, a la mayor brevedad posible, todo lo que sea necesario para ponerse y mantenerse al día en el pago de las cuotas o aportes obrero patronales del señor Muñoz Barraza a la E.P.S. "Unimec", o a la que corresponda.
Tercero. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, Sala de Decisión Laboral, para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
