- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido el siete de julio de 2003 por el juzgado penal municipal de Chinchiná -Caldas-, mediante el cual fue negado el amparo solicitado por el representante legal del HOSPITAL SAN MARCOS DE CHINCHINA.
- Segundo. Prevenir a los miembros de ANTHOC, Seccional Chinchiná, -Caldas-, para que en el futuro se abstengan de llevar a cabo manifestaciones que, por ser contrarias a la doctrina señalada en la presente providencia, signifiquen atentado contra los derechos fundamentales de las personas hospitalizadas.
- Tercer.- Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
