CONFIRMASE la sentencia del 25 de mayo de 2004, por medio de la cual la Sala de Casacion Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia confirmo el fallo de primera instancia producido el 23 de abril de 2004 por el Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Bogota, mediante el cual se denego la tutela de la referencia.
