- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida en el proceso de la referencia por la Sala Civil Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Popayán el 1º de julio de 2004 y en su lugar tutelar el derecho a la salud de la señora Gaby Ortiz Muñoz.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. del Instituto de Seguros Sociales, Seccional Cauca, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, expida las órdenes de remisión de la actora para consulta con los médicos reumatólogo y oftalmólogo.
- TERCERO. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
