- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del 4 de junio de 2001, emitida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellín y, en consecuencia, se CONFIRMA el fallo de primera instancia proferido por el Juzgado
- Octavo. Laboral del Circuito de dicha ciudad el 19 de abril de 2001, que concedió el amparo, adicionándolo en el sentido de señalar expresamente que a "SUSALUD MEDICINA PREPAGADA S.A. EPS, le asiste el derecho de repetir lo que cancele en cumplimiento de la tutela ante la subcuenta respectiva del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (FOSYGA).
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de la Corporación, se libren las comunicaciones previstas por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
